WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR REFUNDS?
At Prospexy, customer satisfaction is paramount. To this end, we offer a 14 day refund policy to ensure our users can explore our platform with confidence. However, specific conditions apply, and refunds are only available to customers who do not fully utilize the Prospexy platform.
Contacts Limit: If you have added 5 or more contacts to the system within a 7-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Account Activity: Uploading a snapshot or having any customer work performed on your account means you immediately forfeit your right to a refund.
These conditions are designed to encourage genuine use and exploration of our platform, ensuring that those seeking refunds haven't already gained significant value from our tools and services. Affiliate & Partnership
CAN I GET ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTS AND MANAGE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS UNDER MINE?
100%! If you wish to have secondary accounts, you can do so by purchasing additional licenses at half the price with your same email address (contact us for getting the 50% discount coupon). For a white label admin access with unlimited accounts (with your own branding and logo), simply upgrade one of the accounts to the Agency Plan.
CAN I WHITE LABEL PROSPEXY FOR MY CLIENTS?
Absolutely! We offer white labeling services. Once you've purchased the Agency Plan, reach out to us, and we'll assist you in setting up your branding, implementing the sales funnel system, and automating the onboarding process.
DO YOU OFFER AN AFFILIATE PROGRAM?
Yes, we do! When you promote Prospexy, you earn a 30% commission on all sales. Plus, if your referral renews or upgrades its plan, you'll continue to earn a 30% recurring commission. Payments are made through PayPal, and we provide a 30-day cookie duration for tracking referrals.
