Payment Data: Credit card details and billing information (processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe).

2. How We Use Information

3. AI & Automation

AI agents may generate automated responses or initiate calls/messages.
Prospexy does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.
Users remain fully responsible for ensuring lawful and appropriate use of AI features.

4. Phone, SMS & Email Usage

You must obtain proper consent from your contacts before sending SMS, calls, or emails via Prospexy.
You are solely responsible for compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL), U.S. TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and EU GDPR ePrivacy rules.
Misuse (spam, harassment, fraud) may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Third-Party Services

We may share limited data with trusted service providers, including:

Twilio (for telecom services)
Stripe/Payment processors (for billing and taxes)
Cloud hosting providers (for secure storage)

All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

6. Data Sharing & Transfers

Your data may be stored in or transferred to Canada, the U.S., or the EU.
International transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions under GDPR.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is retained as long as your account is active.
Certain records (billing, tax-related) are retained for legal compliance.
Upon account termination, personal data is deleted or anonymized, except where law requires retention.

11. Taxes & Financial Data

Payment data is handled by third-party processors and not stored directly by Prospexy.
Sales taxes (QST, GST, VAT, or other applicable taxes) are applied where legally required.

12. Children’s Privacy

Prospexy is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through a notice on our website.
